Hayley Hutton

Owner & Managing Director
Hayley is your local practice owner, who started in dentistry as a school leaver initially on reception. She has gone on to qualify and register in Dental Nursing, Dental Radiography & Oral Health Education. In 2008, she qualified with Dual Diplomas in Dental Hygiene & Therapy from Queen Mary University, London.
She has also completed training in teeth whitening, facial aesthetics, IPL & laser hair removal. Now with her own practice, Hayley has a particular interest in working with children and nervous patients to help them overcome their fears.
Dr Pooja Kapoor

Dentist
Qualified in 1996 from India and clearing the IQE in 2005, Pooja has been practicing dentistry since 2006.
With over 20 years of clinical experience in general dentistry, her special interests grew for Root Canal Treatments and Restorative Dentistry. She has furthered her interest in Aesthetic Dentistry to challenge herself. Her patience and calmness welcomes nervous and anxious patients.
Dr Sanjay Narda

Dentist
Sanjay qualified with honours from the university of Leeds then followed this with a further year of post graduate training at Oxford university. In 2002 he obtained a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantology and a Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice from the Eastman Dental Institute in 2007. As well as owning his own practice Sanjay is now the Implant Surgeon for Elite Smiles. He has travelled extensively, attending conventions and post-graduate courses to keep up to date with the latest developments in cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry.
Dr. Anish Sridharan

Dentist
Born in the suburbs of London, Anish went to study Microbiology and qualified with a Bsc (Hons) at The University of Nottingham where his research focused on oral allergies. After, Anish then qualified as a dentist with a BDS from Uni. Madrid in 2019. After Anish undertook dental foundation training in Northern Ireland, he then returned to London to take up his first associate role.
Anish has interests in restorative procedures and finds great satisfaction in the increased confidence this brings to patients. Anish is also certified to provide conscious sedation and bespoke treatments through tooth whitening, veneers, crowns and teeth straightening. He is also currently following a postgraduate degree in Endodontology.
Zoe Parsons

Dental Nurse
With over 23 years of experience in the dental industry, Zoe has been a registered Dental Nurse since 2008 and is excellent at reassuring anxious patients.
She is professional and friendly and extends a warm welcome to you and your family.
Gemma Hamlet
Receptionist
With a vast amount of customer facing experience, Gemma understands the important of providing exceptional customer service.
She is bubbly, enthusiastic and truly believes that Elite Smiles can offer patients the best Dental & Beauty care.
Gemma will put you at ease regarding your treatment plan, and will ensure that you fully understand your options and next steps. She loves meeting new people and can't wait to welcome you into the practice!
Alex Read

CQC Compliance Consultant
Alex has a love for all things compliance, and ensures that Elite Smiles Dental and Beauty remains on top of their compliance requirements.
She began her journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2004, qualifying in 2006.
After discovering a talent and interest in training, Alex also became a qualified Dental Nurse Tutor & Assessor in 2009 before gaining experience as a Practice Manager/CQC Registered Manager.
